**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager Remediation Delivery, you will engage with stakeholders from across RACQ to lead the process mapping for the Remediation and Rectification Program (R&R). You are responsible on a program level for designing, documenting, and implementing processes and procedures across the end-to-end R&R Program.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to utilise your innovative thinking, process improvement techniques and problem-solving skills in identifying/eliciting and analysing processes. You will guide best practice implementation of process/procedure delivery to support an awesome team deliver a successful remediation program which provides a great member experience and makes a difference

Please note this is a 6 month full time fixed term contract based at Eight Mile Plains with flexible work arrangements on offer.

**About you**

You will possess strong ability to think analytically, with a solutions-focused approach to complex business processes and a passion for process documentation and improvement. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator with a keen ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical audiences. To be successful in this position it is ideal that you also possess:

- Diploma level qualification with a business or commerce discipline
- 3+ years' relevant experience in process development, documentation (BPMN) and re-engineering is essential
- Leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to use discretion and judgement to make prioritisation decisions and ensure deadline achievement.
- Ability to drive/contribute to a positive/supportive team environment
- Ability to work under pressure while effectively managing priorities, creating focus, and eliminating roadblocks.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people within the organisation and adapt your style to different personalities.
- Advanced knowledge/experience using Microsoft Office and Visio
- Process-oriented sound judgment skills combined with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through commitment including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment.
- Energy and drive with a commitment to delivery success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
