Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Data Analyst – Financial Crime.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our transaction monitoring program, leveraging their commercial acumen and technical expertise to collaborate with Financial Crime teams (Operations & Compliance) and deliver analytics solutions that drive business growth.
Extensive experience using relational databases and analytic tools (SQL, Python, or equivalent) to conduct analysis on large data sets.
Proven ability to consult with non-technical stakeholders, communicate complex ideas clearly, and resolve issues efficiently.
Experience in managing data quality issues from identification to implementation, including measurement and analytics solution development.
Familiarity with AWS tool stack for analytics is a plus.
Natural curiosity about data, analytical mindset, and ability to identify trends, quality issues, and anomalies in new data sources.
Strong collaborative skills, with experience working effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
