**Tasks & Responsibilities**

Calling warm leads to arrange relevant connections of their utilities over the phone
- Meeting compliance standards
- Achieving sales targets
- Ensuring we provide top-notch customer service at all times
- Field inbound customer enquiries/customers calling back in to arrange connections
