About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

This includes:

  • Providing personalized solutions to commercial customers' storage needs
  • Maintaining the centre's presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Maximizing sales conversion opportunities through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Actioning general administration duties efficiently and effectively

  • A strong ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • An impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (desired)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
