About The Opportunity

Our Group Fitness Instructors are involved in designing and delivering innovative and effective group fitness classes, always ensuring the safety of members. Your knowledge and passion will contribute to the evaluation, design and delivery of high-quality fitness programs and enhance member engagement.

Our Leisure Centres operate seven (7) days a week with outdoor pools running through the Summer Season.

This is a casual opportunity. Group Fitness Instructor hourly rates begin at $61.53 (LSO Band 4) plus superannuation.

About You

You will be energetic, passionate and fun. You work well within a team, have outstanding communication skills and enjoy dealing with the public. You take initiative and are professional in your approach.

You will possess Certificate III and IV in Fitness, current CPR, current level 2 first aid (HLTAID011), current gym registration (AusActive, Physical Activity Australia or similar accreditation), current Employee Working with Children Check and will be willing to obtain a National Police Check.

Desirable additional Qualifications include an Aqua Instructor qualification (AUSTSWIM or equivalent), Spin/Cycle, Yoga/Pilates, Boxing, Les Mills, Reformer Pilates.
