Integrity Strata is a highly regarded locally operated Strata Management Company with over 25 years of experience serving Strata and Community owners from Helensburgh to Narooma.
**About the Role**:
Due to an increase in business, an opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Strata Management Assistant; you will be assisting a Strata manager in our Wollongong office.
You ideally will be able to demonstrate exceptional planning, prioritisation and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Your adaptability to a fast-paced role with significant internal/external stakeholders and experience as a personal assistant ( or similar) is highly regarded.
Whilst not essential, previous strata or property industry experience would be a great asset to our team.

**Primary Tasks and Responsibilities**
Provide high-quality customer service and problem-solving
Assist in the organisation & follow-up of repairs & quotations
Assist in the preparation & distribution of notices, meeting agendas & minutes
Assist with prompt follow-up & resolution of enquiries, customer issues and action items following meetings
Prepare & maintain electronic filing and archiving of important records
Assist other team members as required

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
