Senior Accounts Payable Officer

Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAs a member of our Finance team in our East Brisbane office (4169), your core responsibility is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors and contract partners.
Provide a high level of customer service is to maintain positive relationships.
Ensuring payment terms, and reconciling accounts are also vital aspects of your role.
Your focus on financial accuracy and efficiency directly contributes to the company's daily operational success.You play a critical part in ensuring that Woollam's Projects teams' goals are realised through facilitating key parts of the invoicing process on time and collaboratively.Your key responsibilities include :Invoice and payment processingReconciliation of corporate credit cards and accounts payable transactionsStakeholder and vendor relations (Contract Partners, Trades, Suppliers etc)Providing office support and Reception cover when requiredYour skills and experienceRelevant formal qualifications or previous experience in Administration, Accounting or similar (desirable, not essential)Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting prioritiesHigh level of communication skills, written and verbalExposure to Cheops highly regardedKnowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable (desirable, not essential)Proficiency with Microsoft office, including Microsoft ExcelSound customer service skillsExperience in Construction (desirable, not essential)Why work with Woollam?
