The Role
As State Manager, you will be leading and working as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team.
Working in partnership with full support from our national management team, you will embrace this unique opportunity to expand our successful Darwin operations.
This is a full-time role.
The Purpose Of The Role Is To
Manage our people — our people are at the heart of our business.
This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding team.
Oversee the team's day-to-day delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
Work with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
Act as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.
About You
Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred)
People management experience (2 years preferred)
Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
Strong (current) Workers Compensation knowledge
A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
