The Role

As State Manager, you will be leading and working as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team. Working in partnership with full support from our national management team, you will embrace this unique opportunity to expand our successful Darwin operations.

This is a full-time role.

The Purpose Of The Role Is To

• Manage our people — our people are at the heart of our business. This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding team.
• Oversee the team's day-to-day delivery of our rehabilitation services, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer-focused service delivery.
• Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Work with the wider national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
• Act as lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.

About You

• Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred)
• People management experience (2 years preferred)
• Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
• Strong (current) Workers Compensation knowledge
• A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
