We're on the lookout for a passionate, professional Property Manager to join our team as our current team member steps away to grow her family.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced, full-time Property Manager to commence from 1st October 2025 to oversee a growing portfolio of approximately 65 properties. You'll enjoy the freedom to manage your portfolio your way, supported by our hands-on Business Owner and a small but fantastic team. What You'll Be Doing (and Loving)

  • End to end management
  • Managing maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews like a pro
  • Conducting routine inspections with full team support using Inspection Express
  • Meeting new potential clients and rental appraisals
  • Running rental home opens and engaging with prospective tenants
  • Handling minimal trust accounting duties with efficiency
  • Serving as the trusted point of contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Staying ahead of property legislation and industry changes
  • Keeping your Kolmeo database clean, organised, and efficient
  • Collaborating with a passionate team to elevate customer service

A passionate Property Manager committed to a long-term career in the industry

Minimum 3 years' end-to-end residential property management experience

Familiar with Kolmeo and 2 Apply? Bonus—but we'll train you if not

Organised, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and presentation skills

Confident working independently while thriving in a team environment

Requirements

  • Current Property Management License
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Current West Australian Police Clearance
