**Job title: Front of House Waiter**

Location: TamJai Mixian - Swanston Street Melbourne CBD
Employment: Part-time 15-37hrs / week depending on availability

**About Us**

TamJai Mixian is a fast-casual, Hong Kong-style noodle chain founded in 1996, now making waves in Melbourne with its authentic Yunnan-style rice noodles, bold flavours, and fun, interactive dining experience.

We're currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front-of-House Waiters to join our Swanston Street, Melbourne CBD location.

**Our hours are from 9am - midnight daily and our shifts are usually 6-9 hrs long.**

What you'll do:

- Welcome and seat guests
- Help diners customise their food
- Take orders, process payments, and deliver food
- Keep the dining area clean and service stations stocked
- Make drinks

What we're looking for:

- **A minimum of 4 days of availability from Monday - Friday.**
- **Must speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English**
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Experience in busy fast-casual environments (a plus)
- Team-oriented, energetic, and ready to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.50 - $42.90 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
