Positions Available:
**FOH (Waiter/Waitress, Runner, Cashier, Host, Bar, Barista)**

**Main Duties - FOH or BOH Staff**
- Help other staff to achieve restaurant goals.
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of quality food, excellent service and cleanliness - **always putting the expectations of the guests as your priority.**:

- Maintain and display a high level of product knowledge including food and beverage items, promotional activities and restaurant services.
- Follow policies and procedures, including those for food preparation, storage, rotation, receiving deliveries, cash handling, taking orders and safety/security.
- Assist in any areas of the restaurant where staffing constraints require.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- **Culture First**:_ We are looking for a cultural fit first, you have energy, positive mind-set, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are a real team player, prepared to get under the skin of the business. RASHAYS is growing and evolving.
- **Experience**_**: For BOH and chef positions Food Service Experience is Necessary.

For FOH Positions Food Service Experience is an Advantage but not necessary; however, you will need a genuine smile, a natural ability to connect with people, ability to follow a sequence of service. Responsible Service of Alcohol preferred and Food Safety certificate advantageous.
