We are looking to add more people to our internal team, as Weploy continues to grow across the Australian market (and, globally) Join us on our mission to make the future of work better for everyone as a **Junior Finance Operations Officer** in our Finance team in Weploy CX.

**In this role you will**:

- Assist with Payroll: updating payroll files, validation timesheets, verification of KeyPay system vs Weploy app, potentially processing payroll in KeyPay
- Work with cross-functional departments to resolve timecard payroll disputes and tax and superannuation inquiries, custom rates, and individual client's requests
- Assist with Accounts payable: invoices data entry, setting up clients in Xero
- Assist with Accounts receivable: data entry, sending sales invoices, chasing overdue accounts, reconciliation of income in Xero
- Assist with Bank and credit cards reconciliation
- Chase missing receipts for reconciliation expenses
- Follow up on Superannuation details and updating of payroll files
- Update Finance Operational procedures
- Follow up on monthly Uber report and update Xero
- Assist with Expense claims: data entry & reconciliation
- Assist with Asset management
- Potentially assist with legal compliance: Pay Rates and Penalty rates
- Assist with Office/Finance administrative ad-hoc tasks
