**About the Role**:
You will be entirely responsible for end to end Digital development, Online roadmap planning and the strategic Marketing direction, for this hugely successful retail leader. Reporting directly into the CEO and leading a wide team, you will be focused on driving digital innovation, growth & CRO, as well as developing a strong brand identity and greater brand awareness.
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience within eCommerce, Digital & Marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record on driving YoY growth.
- Demonstrated experience in driving Digital innovation, enhancing eCommerce performance, Digital roadmap planning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Technical transformation, migration and implementation experience would be highly regarded.
- Wider exposure to feeding into or leading Marketing Calendar, Campaign & Creative development, to drive a solid brand identity.
- Demonstrated people management and leadership experience, leading and mentoring diverse teams across the full Marketing-mix
- Experience with working across multi-brand environments, would be hugely beneficial
