**Supply Chain Administration**
Currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client as an Administrator. You will support the business with varying functions, including managing purchase orders and sales administration support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Manage shipment schedules and track delivery progress.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Analyse supply chain data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in administration, ideally in a supply chain environment
- Experience with processing inventory
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
