At SAI Home and Community, we support older people and people with disability to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Based in South East Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, we take pride in building strong relationships with our clients and providing care that's reliable, respectful and personal.We're currently looking for a full-time Flexi Carer to join our team.
About the role As our Flexi Carer, you'll be our go-to support worker Monday to Friday.
You'll work an 8-hour shift each day between 7am and 6pm (times agreed in advance).
This role is based out of Dandenong North (or nearby), with travel to clients' homes within a 30-minute radius.
This may include suburbs such as Balwyn, Burwood, Moorabbin and Pakenham.You'll be supporting clients with day-to-day tasks such as:General housework like tidying, laundry or dishesPersonal care including help with showering and dressingPreparing simple meals or doing a grocery shopDriving clients to appointments or errandsProviding conversation and friendly companyEvery day is different, and the work you do will have a real impact.
