Key Responsibilities
Negotiate with repairers to achieve the best repair method, cost, and quality outcomes.
Evaluate vehicles on-road and via desktop using established frameworks.
Manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
Conduct reinspections, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards.

Requirements
  • Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics or equivalent experience as a Motor Assessor.
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-trade qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills.
  • Knowledge of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance.
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
