**The Position**:
We're seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our Melbourne team for Pop-Up activations. Your mission? Assist customers in discovering the perfect Short Story gifts by sharing our brand's narrative and product stories while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Retail Assistant with Short Story, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Driving sales and contributing to store KPIs.
- Setting up shelves and window displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Receive and replenish shelves with stock.
- Assisting with daily banking, cash handling, and reporting.

**Availability**: Must be available for an November start.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-36 per week

**Salary**: From $23.97 per hour
