**About the role**
This position is part of the Investment Risk & Compliance team at Cbus, which is responsible to undertake operational due diligence (ODD) on new and existing internal and external investment managers.

Key areas of focus of the Manager ODD position include leading the ODD function to perform assessments on investment managers, managing ODD resources, and support the Investment Risk & Compliance team to manage risk & compliance obligations within Investment Management and Enablement business units.

You will lead the ODD function by enhancing the ODD framework to ensure it is in line with the changes to the investment management best practice with ownership of policies and procedures to support the framework.

We are seeking your experience within a superannuation fund, investment management company or custodian, with a strong focus on operational due diligence with an understanding of operational due diligence and/or experience with operational processes in the trade lifecycle across different asset classes.
