Real Estate Diligence Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage all aspects of the due diligence process for real estate funds.

About the Position

The successful candidate will partner with investors, stakeholders, and other team members to create diligence materials, manage deliverables, and coordinate client interactions. This role involves working with APAC investors in real estate but may occasionally cover EMEA or North American clients across other asset classes as needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing due diligence deliverables to advance clients during fundraising processes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to respond to investor diligence requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Designing individual diligence plans and tracking and reporting on all due diligence activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Creating due diligence materials prior to fund launch to support a smooth investment experience.
  • Navigating and utilizing our suite of tools and resources to respond to client requests efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines.
  • 4-7 years of experience in real estate fund marketing, due diligence, sales, client services, or other fundraising or client-facing functions.
  • Familiarity with investment products and services, including a strong understanding of the real estate asset class and investment strategies.
