You will be taking over a recruitment hot desk placing Developers mainly temp (with a solid perm attached) in the SA & VIC markets.

The RoleYour role will be to manage a desk for mainly contract but also permDevelop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain IT industry networks and your personal brandDeveloping and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientsMap the market and create a comprehensive sales planManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checkingBuild a strong pipeline of developer candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open rolesNegotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidatesKeep up to date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industryCollaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidatesWhat are we looking for in you?
