What you'll do

You'll step into a warm desk with established clients and a delivery-led focus—placing casual Early Childhood Educators into roles across the South East of Melbourne. While some clients are long-standing, others are newer, giving you a great mix of relationship building and growth opportunity—without starting from scratch.

Day to day, you'll partner with services to understand their needs and ensure the right educator is placed at the right time. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle—screening candidates, managing rosters, and supporting clients. You'll also collaborate with your team to meet targets and KPIs, learning how to drive business results while delivering excellent service.

What you'll need

• Experience in business development, recruitment or sales
• Workforce planning, rostering or scheduling experience is a plus
• Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts (early starts, late finishes and some weekends)
• A valid Australian driver's license, full working rights and willingness to get a Volunteer WWCC
