**We have an exciting opportunity for YOU to join our SCCQ Family, at our Edens Landing Community Care in the role of a casual Support Worker, assisting our customers who live in the community around the Logan area, to enable them to be more independent at home and in the community.**

As a
**Support Worker,** you will work closely with our Client Coordinators to provide delivery of domestic assistance in an individual, flexible, and customer focused manner by which the customer is able to direct choice and control over their individualised service needs.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care or equivalent (highly desired)
- Exceptional people and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the Aged/Home Care Community Service Sector (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and to manage your time effectively
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Current QLD Drivers Licence
- Reliable vehicle with full insurance
- Maintain up to date flu and COVID 19 vaccinations
