Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Relief Van Drivers in Bournemouth.
The rate of pay is £26,676.00 per annum.
This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts and the hours of work are: 7am to 4pm.
Your Time at Work
We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative and Relief Van Driver.
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both warehouse work and being out on the road.
You'll be based primarily in our warehouse, assisting with the day-to-day operations including picking, packing, loading, and general stock control.
As a relief van driver, you'll also be responsible for covering delivery routes during periods of staff absence or high demand.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties:
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Stock rotation and inventory checks
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Driving Duties (when required):
Delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
Loading and unloading the van
Ensuring all deliveries are signed for and documentation is completed
Carrying out vehicle checks before use
Representing the company in a polite and professional manner
Our Perfect Worker
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driving role is preferred
Good level of physical fitness (some heavy lifting required)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
Good communication and customer service skills
