The rate of pay is £26,676.00 per annum. This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts and the hours of work are: 7am to 4pm.

Your Time at Work

We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and flexible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative and Relief Van Driver. This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both warehouse work and being out on the road.

You'll be based primarily in our warehouse, assisting with the day-to-day operations including picking, packing, loading, and general stock control. As a relief van driver, you'll also be responsible for covering delivery routes during periods of staff absence or high demand.

Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Duties:
    • Picking and packing customer orders accurately
    • Loading and unloading deliveries
    • Stock rotation and inventory checks
    • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
    • Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
  • Driving Duties (when required):
    • Delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
    • Loading and unloading the van
    • Ensuring all deliveries are signed for and documentation is completed
    • Carrying out vehicle checks before use
    • Representing the company in a polite and professional manner
Our Perfect Worker
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driving role is preferred
  • Good level of physical fitness (some heavy lifting required)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks
  • Good communication and customer service skills
