$32.56 - $63.27 per hour.

**About the Role**

We currently have positions available for casual Disability Support Workers to support our NDIS participants with community access & in-home care.

In recruiting our newest team members, we'll be looking for reliable, caring, and passionate attributes, along with those looking for personal and career growth. Having a Certificate 3 and/or 4 in Individual Support and Mental Health training and/or prior experience is preferred, but not essential.

In meeting our participants' requests, we have particular shifts available for both male and female support workers, aged between 25-50 years, residing in Brisbane Northside and willing to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday on a rotating roster). The successful applicant/s will be willing to travel to Northern suburbs including Redcliffe Peninsula and surrounding suburbs to support participants. Experience as a support worker is preferred but not essential. Having mental health training would be an advantage. Good communication skills are essential.

- Good computer skills are required for completing necessary client case notes and employee forms
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Driver's Licence
- Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete prior to commencement of employment)
- Assist with Medication Certificate (or willing to complete prior to commencing employment)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (not essential, but some participants hold this preference)
- Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to complete prior to commencing
employment)

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Cert. III Individual Support in Disability and/or Aged Care (preferred)
