**The Role**

Providing efficient and professional administrative-advertising support for the sales team and high standards of customer service to internal and external customers at all times will be the main focus of this role.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Look after the advertising campaign component for the team
- Manage sales files
- Assist individual sales consultants with the updating of Box & Dice for missed & sold
- listings as necessary
- Induction program assistance for new employees
- Oversee the management / ordering of corporate stationery stock in conjunction with
- reception staff
- Comply with workplace legislative requirements
- Any other tasks or duties reasonably requested by management
- Administration duties to assist the department to run smoothly and efficiently.

As a positive and energetic professional, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Some real estate admin experience
- Clear expression of ideas in writing and in good grammatical form
- Maintains stable performance and controls emotions in the face of pressure and hostility
- Sound time management skills
- Readiness to make decisions, take action or commit oneself
- Excellent decision making
- Ability to manage changing priorities and can maintain attention to detail when dealing with repetitive tasks.
