Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned medical professional to lead our patient access and support programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, nurses, and specialists to understand patient needs.
Maintain special access programs and contribute to the management of patient support initiatives.
Develop educational materials and support product development activities.
Patient Access / Support Programs
Cultivate partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate special access and patient support programs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and commercial team members to develop support and educational materials.
Maintain accurate records for patients on the program and ensure procedures and software systems support reporting needs.
Medical Affairs Activities
Provide strategic input to business planning activities and strategies.
Capture insights from healthcare professionals and patients, and report back to cross-functional teams.
Lead the development of medical educational materials.
Establish influential relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in designing and executing patient access and support programs.
Able to work with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide a high-quality experience.
Proven ability to work with patients, patient organisations, and carers such as nurses.
Thorough knowledge of relevant regulations and codes of conduct.
