Healthcare Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of group homes, including household accounts, staffing costs, and program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site-level initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the initial escalation point for team members on site, providing support and guidance when needed.
  • Ensure timely submission of mandatory reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive Supported Independent Living development.
  • Maintain properties to meet established standards.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess current AHPRA Nursing registration, experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings, and a demonstrated understanding of NDIS principles.
