Affirma is looking for a talented Licensing Associate who is focused on working as a team player within the LA team to help drive results, develop the SMB space & collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Australia. (Melbourne or Sydney)

Essential Job Requirements:

- Negotiation - Define, negotiate complex commercial terms & lead the strategy for the negotiation approach engaged by stakeholders.
- Upselling & cross selling experience.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills for continually building rapport and overcoming objections with new and existing accounts
- Licensing experience within the commercial executive space.
- Deal making - lead internal & external sales & management teams through commercial construct optimizing for the right level of investment & customization.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and/or external parties.
- Advocate for best practices that pro-actively drive business, pricing, licensing standards and consistency.
- Actively participate in training and educational opportunities to improve and broaden job related skill sets and technical knowledge.

- 3+ years of related experience
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Sense of accountability and seeing things through to the end
- Fearless and tenacious; results oriented

- Positive outlook with great teamwork and supports teammates
- Good business relationship management, business stakeholder management skills.

- Digital Sales experience
- Account Management experience
- Work experience in VLA or BDSG teams
