Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Wpc Group - Apprenticeships & Traineeships Full time

**About the role**:

- Distribute supplier's invoices to relevant managers / supervisors for authorisation
- Liaise with vendors internal and external clients and File creditor's statements and invoices
- Enter approved suppliers into the computer system Monitor outstanding purchase order report
- Raise prompt payments (7-day accounts) and ensure payments are ready for signing by Monday of each week
- Print monthly creditor's payments ready for signing by the last week of the following month
- Switchboard relief and Other occasional ADHOC duties

- Can demonstrate the proficiency to be on time
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times

**Previous skills and knowledge**:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer system

**About the Traineeship**:

- A mentor to guide you through your traineeship
- TAFE fees reimbursed on completion of units
- A certificate III in Business after completion of your studies
- Access to our EAP
