Customer and Visitor Experience Traineeship

NewhavenTrainee

**Key Duties**:

- Successful completion of all necessary modules and practical work in accordance with the requirements of the Traineeship.
- With support as required, process and action appropriately customer requests through the computerised Request Management System.
- Operate the organisation's telephone system with a focus of 'customer at centre' and in accordance with organisational standards and processes.
- Assist in ensuring a professional presentation of reception areas is maintained at all times.
- Provide general support and assistance to approved volunteers.
- Support the administration of general customer and visitor experience tasks including correspondence, booking Council facilities, accommodation, attraction, and event tickets.
- Provide general administrative assistance and support to the Team Leader Customer and Visitor Experience and other Teams on a project/short term basis as arranged by the Coordinator Customer and Visitor Experience.
- Active commitment to our EPIIC values
- Other duties as directed within the skills and abilities of a position at this level.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Ability to complete a TAFE level Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Enthusiasm for self-development and desire to use this opportunity to enhance career prospects.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
- Written communication skills.
- Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of Year 12 (VCE) or equivalent.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence

**Requirements**:

- Willing to undertake a Police Check
- Genuine interest in administration
- No prior qualifications necessary

**AGA Trainees will**:

- Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Receive ongoing mentoring & support
- Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
