We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead, to administer and support the day-to-day running of the Server Operations Team

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of System Administrators and Engineers,
- Provide input to critical decisions regarding Authentication and Identity platforms,
- Attend to escalated incident technical bridges across the Multi-vendor environment,
- Advise of feature enhancements and depreciation related to the Services,
- Build and maintain effective relationships across key teams, champion continuous improvement for included platforms and services,
- Provide assistance and guidance to team members managing Incidents, Problems and Service Requests in line with the ITIL framework,
- Developing and deploying solutions as part of projects or initiatives according to organisation standards, and producing and maintaining technical system documentation.

Your skills in some or all of the following areas will be highly valued:

- Experience working within a large multivendor environment,
- Strong collaboration skills to achieve results through others and the ability to establish credibility with customers. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are a must,
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, including associated technologies such as WINS, DHCP, DNS, etc.
- Windows based scripting (e.g. PowerShell),
- Exchange, SharePoint, O365 suite
- MECM/SCCM/SCOM, SCOO, ADFS, AAD
- NetApp Compute and Storage infrastructure
- CommVault backup services
- Splunk, Carbon Black, McAfee Suite
- Should hold current Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one;
- Outstanding ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels;
