This Customer Care role is an exciting customer facing role in our busy Stockland Point Cook Shopping Centre.

Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Address diverse customers' needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland's brand essence
- Gather, qualify, and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business
- Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues
- Follow all public liability incident management processes

**About you**
- Prior experience delivering great, face to face customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound administrative skills and competent using MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and a resilient attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to show initiative
