The Beauty Team Leader is an integral role within our Service and Selling team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimise customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop and engage with their Service and Selling team, share sales knowledge and lead by example providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.

Partnering with the Management team, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our Service and Selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations within our Beauty Halls. Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.

To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including weekdays, weekends and peak trading times.

**Your Background**:

- People leadership / Supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
- Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management, prioritisation and problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated individual looking for career progression.
- Experience in cosmetics preferred although not a requirement.
- Previous beauty industry experience working with Luxury Beauty brands preferred.
