As a Cosmetic Expert, you will inspire and help our customers achieve their beauty goals by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations. You will be the face of our brand, creating emotional connections with clients to discover our amazing Beauty Selection.

You will play a key role in creating amazing customer experiences by:

  • Providing a welcoming environment that unleashes creativity, passion, and knowledge of iconic brands during every interaction
  • Educating clients on features and benefits of CRM programs
  • Supporting store success by keeping the store sparkling and stocked, contributing to sales goals, and sharing knowledge of Sephora's sales policies, procedures, and standards
  • Accelerating your growth by mastering your craft, expanding knowledge of iconic brands through in-store training sessions, cross-training, and learning from team members

We value experience in skincare/skin services, people skills with sales experience, consistent attendance, building relationships, flexible schedules, unique styles, and certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare.
