**About the role**
The Head of Infrastructure is a senior role that will operate within the Private Markets team of Cbus' investments business unit. The Private Markets team comprises three portfolios, with collective investments of ~A$25bn, across property, infrastructure and private equity.

Reporting to the Head of Private Markets and working collaboratively across the Private Markets and broader Investments team, the key responsibilities are;
- Developing and implementing the infrastructure strategy, market positioning and key stakeholder relationships to achieve the sector investment and team objectives.
- Leading the Infrastructure team as well as collaborating within the team and across both the Private Markets and broader Investments team.
- Managing the infrastructure portfolio, including investment risk, cost and reporting.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of appropriate investment processes, governance and stakeholder management.
- Assisting to develop the market profile and strategic positioning of Cbus' infrastructure coverage, both internally and externally.

The role will require significant experience in leading and managing an infrastructure investment portfolio, a high performing team and investment transactions. Specific experience in complex stakeholder management, portfolio construction, risk management, collaborating in a dynamic environment and building a team.

Your background will also include developing, executing and managing infrastructure portfolio strategies for institutional owners and deep experience in evaluation and investment unlisted infrastructure investments across a range of structures, including the understanding of alignment mechanisms, governance and the management of conflicts of interest across infrastructure investment structures.
