About Early Learning Centres:
We are a Tasmanian family-owned and operated organisation with extensive experience in providing high-quality education and care programs for children from birth to twelve years of age, across Tasmania.

Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced leader to set up and establish a new centre. This includes team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement.
Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS)
Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care
Qualifications
A practical and in-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
A proven track record of leading early childhood education and care teams
A minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
A strong alignment with early learning values, ethics, and high-quality pedagogy
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and foster positive relationships with staff, families, and the wider community
Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration
