Educational Leader Position: We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to lead our educational team in providing high-quality early childhood education.

We are committed to delivering an innovative, inclusive, and play-based educational program that meets the unique needs of each child. As our Educational Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing this program, ensuring that it aligns with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an educational program that is engaging, challenging, and fun for children;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of educators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality education;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that the educational program is consistent across all areas of the service;
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the educational program and making adjustments as needed;
  • Maintaining relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership role in an early childhood setting;
  • Working with Children Check clearance;
  • Australian Work Authorization;
  • First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
