About Us

We're a leading provider of early childhood education and care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

This is a dynamic leadership role with both on-the-floor engagement and approximately 4 hours of off-the-floor responsibilities per week, including a weekly face-to-face support meeting with our approved provider.

As a key leader in our centre, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, guide curriculum development, and foster a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment for both children and staff.

We welcome educators who are ready to embrace new challenges and become change-makers in shaping the early years of children's lives. Montessori experience or qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential—we're happy to support your growth in this area.

Job Description:
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care services.
  • Mentor and support educators through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings and foster professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from ACECQA.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certification.
  • Child Protection (CHCPRT001) certification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
