Care Manager

Seeking a skilled professional to manage residential programs for children with complex trauma.
This full-time role requires regular attendance at programs, with administration duties completed from the office or home in a flexible arrangement. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring daily operations of residential programs run smoothly, including safety planning and crisis response.
- Implementing a therapeutic framework by overseeing best practice implementation of children's tailored care and fostering an outcomes-focused team.
- Developing and managing program rosters to meet the needs of our clients.
- Providing leadership, supervision, and mentoring to care teams of Therapeutic Care Workers.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Administration and accountability of finance and program planning.
- Occasional after-hours and on-call duties.
The successful applicant will require relevant managerial experience in residential childcare, strong understanding of legislative requirements, and experience working with children with complex trauma.
