Job Description:
We are part of a prominent group that specializes in infrastructure projects across various sectors. Our team is working on the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission line project, which aims to enhance renewable energy production and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and development of civil projects, including road and railway infrastructure
Coordination with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Leading and managing teams of engineers and technicians
Developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a project management role
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
