With the Head Office based in WA, they have operations in the NT and impressive expansion happening over in the Eastern States.

Currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their finance team, the duties will include:

- Entering approved invoices
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Management of payment runs
- Reconciliations of creditor accounts
- Credit card and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with the debtor's process
- Receipting and reconciliations of payments into the ERP system
- Issue final demand notices for non-payments
- Process invoices for claims sent by the Project Managers or Sales Managers
- Follow up on progress payments in relation to construction / installation milestones
- Answer clients and supplier's queries
- Run adhoc reports for management

This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve.

As they implement the new ERP system, you will be given full training and the opportunity to expand your knowledge into payroll or utilise your existing knowledge in payroll functions.
