**The Role**:

- Be a part of a project that is delivering a new Iron Ore mine consturction
- Based in Kewdale with provided parking

**Key Details**:

- Monday to Friday flexible start/finish times 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Unlimited working rights accepted
- Double vax preferred but not mandatory
- Role will be 100% office based but WFH is being transitioned
- Experience working as an Accounts Officer with 1-2 years experience essential
- Exposure within projects space and movement in logistics highly advantageous
- Understanding of oiling, gasing and mining terminology desirable
- Must have sound knowledge on Excel and prior knowledge on Cargowise will be advantageous

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Project Accounts role, reporting to the Project Accounts Lead, will work closely with the project operations team to ensure project accounting requirements are met. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with the following:

- Data Entry
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly claim reconciliations
- Assisting with PPC preparation
- Working with the operations team to follow up contractors
- Assisting in answering queries from the client
- Month end preparation
- Assisting with cash flow and job profit reporting
