At our esteemed veterinary clinic, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate part-time Receptionist to join our terrific team (Monday, Thursday, Friday). We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and supportive environment where every team member contributes to the joy and well-being of our patients, their owners, and our entire clinic community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and their furry companions with warmth, empathy, and a genuine love for animals.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to create a positive first impression for clients.
- Coordinate and manage the flow of clients and patients, ensuring that appointments and procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with our veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, invoicing, and managing client information in our computer system.
- Educate and guide clients on clinic policies, procedures, and preventive care practices, helping them make informed decisions for their beloved pets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently and compassionately with clients, staff, and fellow team members.
- A true passion for animals and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
