m.hotel are in search of their next **Front Office Receptionist** to join their elite, vibrant, diverse and friendly team.

**About the Role**:

- You will be self-motivated and self-disciplined and have a natural ability to work within a team environment.
- You play an important part in first impressions for our guests.
- You have availability throughout the week and on weekends and understand that our operation hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM on a rotating roster.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Greet guests and providing exemplary customer service.
- Answer all phone calls, and redirecting if necessary.
- Handling all bookings, check ins and check outs.
- Issuing of room keys and providing overview of room and amenities.
- Liaise with other personnel to ensure all standards are met.
- Provide concierge services to assist with guest needs.
- Ensure front office area is kept neat and tidy.
- Motivate and embody the positive and fun culture we have at our properties.
- Provide information on local attractions and activities, and assist with specific guest requirements.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable, but not essential.
- A good eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
- A positive attitude, who can problem solve.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills, to make customers and your team feel at home.
- Have a great sense of humour.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift 2pm-8pm
- Flexible hours considered
- Sunday to Monday operating shifts
- Morning shift
- 8am-3pm
- Rotating roster for weekends. minimum 2 x weekends per month required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $62.45 per hour
