The Role
You'll work as an AI Solutions Developer, contributing to the development of complex AI solutions with a direct impact on people's lives. You'll be part of a supportive team where you can make a real difference.
This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and develop AI solutions for internal and external use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Research and implement new AI solutions to improve products or business outcomes.
Compile datasets to train or evaluate AI systems.
Evaluate AI systems offline and contribute to online experiment design.
Communicate AI benefits and limitations to various audiences.
Break down problems, estimate activities, and propose alternatives.
Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
Qualifications
A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Professional experience developing AI/ML solutions.
Deep understanding of AI/ML theory and practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to rapid change.
You will be situated within our Artificial Intelligence & Analytics team, focusing on Generative AI solutions. This team has two main streams: Applications and Capabilities. We work on a quarterly planning cycle to develop our roadmap, including internal R&D projects and partnerships with product teams.
