The Role

You'll work as an AI Solutions Developer, contributing to the development of complex AI solutions with a direct impact on people's lives. You'll be part of a supportive team where you can make a real difference.

This role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and develop AI solutions for internal and external use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and implement new AI solutions to improve products or business outcomes.
  • Compile datasets to train or evaluate AI systems.
  • Evaluate AI systems offline and contribute to online experiment design.
  • Communicate AI benefits and limitations to various audiences.
  • Break down problems, estimate activities, and propose alternatives.
  • Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise.
Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML theory and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to rapid change.

You will be situated within our Artificial Intelligence & Analytics team, focusing on Generative AI solutions. This team has two main streams: Applications and Capabilities. We work on a quarterly planning cycle to develop our roadmap, including internal R&D projects and partnerships with product teams.
