We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer to drive innovation within a leading organisation at the forefront of healthcare and life sciences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with R&D, clinical, and operational teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
  • Design, build, and deploy fit-for-purpose AI/ML solutions from predictive models to multi-agent workflows, leveraging platforms such as LangChain, Azure AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, and open-source LLMs.
  • Integrate solutions into operational systems via APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven workflows.
  • Champion AI governance, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Promote AI best practice internally, supporting capability uplift across scientific and commercial teams.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years' software development experience, with strong skills in Python and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production, ideally within regulated or complex industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems and tools for orchestration, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, compliance frameworks, and data privacy practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills able to translate scientific or business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
  • Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences environments is highly regarded.
