Who are we looking for?

To help us through this transition of growth, our People & Culture team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced recruiter who knows that getting the right person into the right role is critical to the success of any organisation.

Getting the right people into the right roles is critical and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent and resourcing to play a big part in the future success at CPP.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar (experience in either Energy, Renewables, Utilities or Construction will be highly regarded)
- Knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection throughout the end-to-end process
- Ability to actively source and headhunt talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
